In regards to installation, seriously, you couldn't tell us which was the hot and cold line on a right handed installation? Also, the nut used to hold the entire assembly in place seems pretty weak and I was concerned that I would strip it. The installation was particularly concerning when needing to use the stainless steel plate that covers the holes in the sink. This plate does not appear to have enough mechanical integrity to securely hold the faucet assembly in place and you will need to torque on that nut to keeps things tight. Take special care to not pinch the water line when tightening the assembly especially when using this plate. If the washer rotates while tightening and you pinch the water lines, your installation is a failure. Just be careful while tightening the assembly! Other than that the basic installation was straight forward. In regards to the potential wear and tear down the road, I am definitely concerned about the metal plated plastic spray head. The memory feature of the spray head line probably requires a light weight spray head, but I am concerned about it not looking good after a couple years. Finally, In regards to installing it right or left handed, its hard to keep either the right handers or the left handers in the family happy. Pluses and Minuses on both sides.
As advertised! Nice product! Fits the kitchen perfectly.
I have recently installed both a stainless steel Kleo and a chrome Brantford so I will compare the two faucets for noticeable differences. I like the style of the Kleo more than the Brantford, but that is personal taste, others may disagree. No fingerprints show on the Kleo or the Brantford. I like the stainless steel look of the Kleo better than the chrome on the Brantford. I don't know when it happened, but the chrome look has almost a cheap or old feel, but I am sure the cycle will reverse in a decade or two. The valve assembly in both work smooth and drip free which is not always guaranteed. Both have similar sprayheads, except the Brantford definitely does retract better than the Kleo. The Kleo sometimes does seem to require a little assistance to to be put back in its socket. Competitors use magnets that seemed to work better than the Kleo, but not as effortless as the Brantford. Parts have always been available for all of my older Moen products, which is comforting. In summary, I like the function of the Brantford, but prefert the look of the Kleo, assuming the same finish. Moen does have phenomenal service after the sale, I can attest to. Moen makes your search for a kitchen faucet easier than ever. Good luck.
I am impressed with the functionallity of this faucet and the great looks
Works very well and was not difficult to install. Very good looking faucet.
Looks great in my kitchen. I like the style very much. Very easy to install
stylish, easy to use, easy to put in, makes my kitchen look great ! I just love it ~ makes my daughters want to do the dishes - biggest plus......
I'm very picky about kitchen faucets and I've loved this one. The handle is perfect for one hand operation, it pulls straight down and retracts easily. It's very solid and looks great. I'm glad I found it!
We found that this product is as stated above. It was very simple to install in a matter of a short period of time. We recommend this product to enhance the looks of your kitchen and the ease of use of the product. Thank you MOEN.
Didn't know what I was missing. Installing was a breeze. Everyone wants to keep washing their hands just to be able to use it Lexi, my little Maltese, loves her shampoos in her new spa. Gentle when needed and easy to adjust to a perfect temperature.
